In service since 2005, Earth Shuttle Pedalcab is owned and operated by Hugh E Webber. Hugh has driven bike cabs on International Drive since 1983; he has operated three-wheeled pedicabs, custom golf cars and bicycle-drawn pedalcabs on I. Drive, in downtown Orlando, at local malls and large nightclubs. Hugh has driven, supervised shifts, coordinated events service and/or managed fleet operations with five companies over the last quarter-century.
